DESCRIPTION:Class Time \nOne and a half day training. \nClass time 8:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. on day one and 8:30 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. on day two. \nProgram One discription \nParticipants will be certified to lead the course using a video driven format and instructional manual. \nParticipants learn what drives anger and aggression\, the Five Principles of SAMA\, The Assisting Process\, which is a logical\, sequential format that leads the person in crisis from the reactive part of the brain to the reasoning part of the brain. \nThis program is a skills-based training.
