Luke Gless

Master Facilitator

Luke Gless is a hospital-based Registered Nurse Educator in Tyler, Texas. He received his Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Tyler Junior College in 2013 and a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2015. Prior to becoming a Registered Nurse, Luke served eight years in the United States Army Infantry. Luke has achieved board certification as a Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) from the American Board of Neuroscience Nursing, Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) credentialed through the Society for Simulation in Healthcare, and a Hospital Accreditation Certified Professional credentialed through the Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality. In 2018, he became a Facilitator for Satori Alternatives to Managing Aggression (SAMA). In 2019, Luke accepted the opportunity to attend SAMA Master Facilitator training after demonstrating the required expertise, experience, and commitment to the mission of SAMA. Having completed the certification process, Luke now practices as a Master Facilitator.
