payment policy

To secure your space for Satori Alternatives for Managing Aggression (SAMA) Facilitator and Facilitator Recertification Courses, payment in full is due 30 days prior to the start of class. Payments for classes can be made by check or credit card. If paying by check please make sure the invoice number is on the check and make checks payable to Satori Learning Designs and send payment to the following address: Satori Learning Designs 12758 Cimarron Path, Suite 102 B San Antonio, TX 78249 If paying by credit card or arranging payment by electronic fund transfer, you will need to contact the office at the following number: (210) 236-8470 or (210) 751-0085 If no one is available to take your call, please leave a message with your contact information and a time to return the call. If payment in full is not received, for any reason, 21 days before the start date of the class, you will forfeit your space and you will have to reregister for a later class date. If you are on the waiting list for a course and are placed on the active class roster, payment in full will be due within 48 hours of notification of your status change. Payment for class can be made by credit card or electronic fund transfer (see payment instructions above). Note: For late registrations, there will be an individualized payment plan.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

To receive a full refund (100%), we must receive written notification of cancellation 21 days prior to the start date of the course in which the participant is registered. Requests to be moved to a later course are required 21 days prior to the start date of class for which participant is registered. Participants will, upon request, be placed in the next available course or a later course dependent upon availability. Credit for the full amount paid will be applied to the participant’s fees for the new course date. A change in participant(s) attending the training course can be made by the company up to, and including, the day class starts.

If written notification of cancellation is received 14-20 days prior to the start date of the course, you will receive a refund of 50%. The participant will, upon request, be moved to the next available course or placed on the waiting list for the original course. The refund (50%) will be applied to the cost (fees) of the course.

No refund will be given for notice of cancellation received on or after 13 days prior to the start of the course for which the participant registered.

It is the goal of Satori Learning Designs to make registration and payment for courses as easy as possible. The process is most efficient when registering online.
